In response to the Terms of Engagement symposium, “Participation: with Fresh Eyes” reflects on considerations and provocations around the language of collaboration and participation in the visual arts, opened up through the sessions. Piecing together these takeaways, the writing exists, rather, as an informal workspace to engage with and to think over these questions collectively, as a contemplative tool for one’s own projects and practice.
